P2P trading on the platform currently does not support automatic payments. After placing an order, users must manually transfer fiat currency to the merchant using online banking or a payment app.
Steps:
Step 1: Click Buy Crypto → P2P Trading in the top-left corner of the homepage to enter the P2P trading page. If you want to buy USDT, select a merchant ad that supports your fiat currency, then click Buy USDT.
Step 2: Enter the amount you want to pay or the amount of crypto you want to buy, then click Buy USDT to continue. You will be redirected to the order page. Transfer your fiat funds to the merchant's bank account within the specified time. Before proceeding, make sure all order details are correct.
Step 3: On the order page, review the payment method provided by the merchant. Using the payment details provided, transfer your fiat funds to the merchant through online banking or third-party payment app.
Please Note:
1. The name on your bank account or third-party payment app account must match the KYC name signed up on the platform. Otherwise, the merchant may cancel the order and issue a refund.
2. When transferring funds, do not include sensitive words in the transfer note (if any), such as "BTC/USDT purchase." Otherwise, the transfer may fail.
3. P2P trading does not charge any transaction fees to either party. Buyers may need to pay transaction fees to the payment provider depending on the payment method they choose.
Step 4: Return to your P2P order page and click "Paid" after you complete the payment. Wait for the merchant to verify receipt of the payment and release the crypto. After the merchant releases the cryptocurrency you bought to your Fund Account, you can view your assets to confirm receipt.
Reminder:
If the funds you transferred are not received on time, this may be due to several reasons. Here are some tips:
- Make sure the merchant's receiving account details are entered correctly.
- Check whether your payment method supports real-time transfers. Otherwise, it may take some time for the payment to complete and be credited.
- Contact your bank or third-party payment platform to find out the specific reason for the transfer failure.
