To help partners manage their business more efficiently, the BingX Partner Hub has officially launched the Partner AI Assistant.
Previously, you may have encountered these situations:
- Having to switch between multiple pages to look up a single metric
- Seeing commission changes but not knowing the cause
- Unsure about details of a platform rule but don’t want to ask BD every time
- Wanting to know which events are suitable to promote now but not having time to search through them one by one
Now, just type your request in everyday language into the chat box and the AI assistant will handle it quickly.
It’s an intelligent helper that knows this business, understands platform rules, and can read your performance data.
2. Core features
Check data through chat instead of switching between pages
Ask the AI assistant "How much commission did I earn this week?" or "What does today's deposit data look like?" and get real-time data in clear cards that make key figures easy to read.
Available data queries include:
- Commission data (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Trading and deposit data of referees
- Referee details and leaderboards
- Anomaly alerts (sudden drops in referees' trading volume, abnormal deposits/withdrawals, etc.)

After checking the data, you can follow up by asking "How does it compare to last week?" or "Why did it drop?" — and the AI assistant will automatically perform a data comparison and a lightweight root cause analysis.

The AI assistant has clear limits. In the following situations, it will automatically connect you to your dedicated BD or live customer support:
- Financial issues such as commission anomalies or rewards not credited
- When the AI repeatedly fails to answer your question accurately
Don't worry if the AI can't answer; the handoff process is seamless, ensuring someone will follow up on your issue.
3. How to Use
Step 1: find the entry
After logging into the BingX Partner Hub, you’ll see a persistent AI assistant entry bar at the bottom of the page, visible on the homepage. Click to open the chat box.
Step 2: start the conversation
When opened you’ll see a welcome message and several recommended common questions. You can:
- Click a recommended question to start quickly
- Type your question in the input box using everyday language
Step 3: view results and continue asking follow-up questions
The AI assistant returns results as text explanations and data cards. You can ask follow-up questions based on the current answer. For example, enter "check this week's commission" first, then "compare with last week's commission?" The AI will automatically link the context.
Step 4: manage conversations
- Click the top **"New chat"** icon to start a new topic at any time
- Click **"History"** to view and review all previous conversations, and you can continue asking follow-up questions there
Tips
- The more specific your description, the more accurate the AI's answer. For example, "this week's commission from direct referees" works better than "check the data."
- If the AI asks you to choose an option, click the option — no need to type.
- The AI will finish its response even if you close the window. Reopen the window to view the results.

How to give feedback
Method 1: Give feedback directly in the conversation. Each AI reply has 👍 and 👎 buttons:
- If you find the answer helpful → click 👍 so we know what we did right
- If you find the answer inaccurate or unsatisfactory → click 👎 and we will make targeted improvements
Method 2: Contact your dedicated BD
If a BD contact is configured, the AI will prompt you to contact the BD for questions it cannot answer. Share a screenshot with the BD to report the issue.
Method 3: The AI will automatically identify when to open a live customer service window. Click the link to be redirected to the support team.
