"Trusted Device Authorization" is an advanced security feature. Once enabled, you can designate one authorized device as your trusted device for transaction verification and approval. When withdrawals or other high-risk transactions are initiated from unauthorized devices (web, other phones, API), the system will send a verification request to the BingX app on your trusted device. You can choose to approve or reject the transaction, adding an effective layer of security protection to your account.

4. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Which users can use the Trusted Device Approval feature?
This feature is available to BingX users who have completed KYC verification and enabled the required verification methods.
- When will a verification request be triggered?
Only when withdrawals are initiated or when API actions are created or edited from another device or on the BingX website will your trusted device receive a verification request. If the action is performed via the trusted device, a verification request will not be triggered.
- I have set up multiple verification methods (such as Trusted Device Authorization, Google Two-Factor Authentication, Passkeys, facial recognition). Can I choose one of them when transacting?
No. To enable the Trusted Device Authorization feature, you need to complete KYC verification and facial recognition, and set up Passkeys or Google Two-Factor Authentication.
Once enabled, the system will automatically determine which verification method to trigger based on the risk assessment of your account activities. For security reasons, this process is managed by the platform's internal risk control system and does not support user manual customization.
- Can I add multiple trusted devices?
No, each user can only set 1 trusted device.
- Is it possible to set the BingX web client as a trusted device?
No, it's not supported. Currently, only the main account can be used via the BingX app to set up and remove the trusted device.
- Will setting up or removing a trusted device trigger a 24-hour withdrawal limit?
Only removing a trusted device will trigger a 24-hour withdrawal limit; setting up a trusted device will not.
- Why does the verification request display "timed out"?
Verification requests are only valid for a limited time. Please make sure you are logged in to the main account on your trusted device and complete the authorization before the request expires. If not processed in time, you will need to initiate the request from another device again.
