1. What is KYC or Identity Verification

KYC is an acronym for Know Your Customer, which refers to the verification or due diligence of a customer's identity. KYC is intended to facilitate AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and protect against financial scams, impersonations, etc. Users' identity can be verified through the ID card, passport, or other documents they submit.

 

2. Different KYC Levels and Their Benefits

Users who complete advanced KYC verification can enjoy deposit, withdrawal, and full trading functions, providing greater flexibility in managing funds and responding to market conditions. The differences between each verification status are as follows:

Please Note:

• Users who completed KYC verification before 2024-06-13 will have Advanced KYC verification.
• Benefits may vary by region. Please refer to the product page for specific details.
• All token's maximum withdrawals are based on their USDT equivalent.
• The 24-hour maximum withdrawal is the total amount you can withdraw within 24 hours from your last withdrawal.

3. How to Complete KYC Verification

3.1 Web Portal

1. Log in to your BingX account, and click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the BingX official website. Next, click "Identity Verification" - "Individual Verification".
2. Complete Advanced Verification

Step 1: Click "Verify Now" on the "Advanced Verification" card.

Step 2: Select the issuing country/region of your document and choose your type of document. Upload the required document photos and submit a picture of yourself holding your document. Click "Next" and follow the instructions to complete the verification. The advanced verification takes 2 to 10 minutes.

Note: Kindly ensure that the information on the document you're holding matches the uploaded document. All photos should be bright and clear, with all corners of the documents visible.

3.2 Via BingX App

Step 1: Log in to your account on the BingX app, tap the avatar icon in the top left corner, and tap "Identity Verification" in the sidebar to go to the verification page.

Step 2: Complete identity verification

Click "Verify Now" on the "Advanced Verification" card. You only need to take photos of your identity document and a selfie to complete the verification. Click "Continue".

Select the issuing country and your document type. Then, authorize BingX to access your phone camera to take a photo of your document. Submit a selfie of yourself holding your document. The advanced verification takes 2 to 10 minutes.
